Woot.com is selling T22 refurbs for $399. Too bad they come with Win98SE. The specs don't mention the battery. They come with 256MB, but no mention of 1 slot or two.

I think the default 256 config is 2 slots of 128, but not positive

For the price, it's a decent "thin" client.......Or for someone looking for a really cheap laptop for school....
