Figured out why shipping was sooo long!

I put in my order back in July 20th...And the estimated shipping date was September 9th!!! 8 weeks almost! So i called my sales rep, but he never answered the phone, so i went through about 6 reps, and I FINALLY got one who helped. I had ordered 2 systems, with lots of accessories.. so he changed it such that the items ship as they come in (rather than waiting for the whole order)
Next day, one of my systems and all my accessories are shipping!
So the tip of the day, if you order lots of accessories or multiple systems, make sure your sales rep. configures it to ship as the items come in stock!

Yup. the default is "don't ship until all items are in stock".

I had a similar problem - machines and options ordered 7/5, ship date kept moving out until my rep changed the order to "ship as available".
