T43 1.03a BIOS / 2010 HD error

Does anyone have a copy of the T43 1.03a BIOS file? The download link from IBM is not working. I am getting the 2010 HD error, so I was planning on downgrading my BIOS.

I was looking for some documentation on the Lenovo site this morning, and the links weren't working for me either. I've seen this happen several times in the past few weeks. I think Lenovo is either having problems, or else they are scheduling their updates on Chinese time. :roll:

The link you are looking for will probably work later today or tomorrow.
