Software Instaler (v 3.13.0507) crashes

Hi. My Software Instaler (v 3.13.0507) crashes when I'm trying to chek for updates. The "problem" module is "tpmd1iwi.xml". When I open Log event I observe that tpisetup.dll caused this problem. So, there is not any problem when I don't use "retrive latest information on the internet". Has anyone had this problem ?

I used to have that problem. After ignoring it for several months, it suddenly worked again!
