Is there any way to run 640x480 or any other small resolutions full screen on my T40? I'm thinking about running some old games for long flights. Currently anything 640x480 becomes shrunken down to the actual pixels.

Right click on an open area of the desktop. Choose Properties > Settings > Advanced > Displays > Panel > Scale image to panel size. I believe there is a setting in the BIOS for this as well, called HV expansion. I don't think you will have to make any adjustments in the BIOS for Windows though.
