Shipping question

So I've been checking the Order Status website for my T42p, and I've got a question.

When the ordering person in my department called (it's a work computer), they said configuring would take 5 days, then it'd be shipped.

The web site just says "In Progress". How do I figure out the estimated ship date (as that field is blank)? Will I have to call?
