T23 compatible with Dell 133MHz SDRAM?

I recently purchased a used T23 Thinkpad. The owner said it had a gig of ram, but I only read 512mb. I emailed the owner and he said he may have been wrong about the ram, and is offering 2x512MB SDRAM 133MHz SODIMM if that works for the T23.

Is that ram compatible?

yes any 133mhz sodimm ram should work fine in the T23.
R61i Intel Core 2 Duo.
