Sometimes when the battery icon shows that the power is decreasing I plug the AC Adapter in. However, even after I do this it doesn't switch to ac supply. I thought that the adapter might be unstable so I got a new one. However after plugging the new one in there was no change.
What could be causing this problem? Could it be a virus?
Thanks

Check the power connector if it is rocky stable. No moves in any direction. Or take it into the service and try there another AC.
