T42 - Request for a guide to fix creaking at left palmrest

I just brought a new t42 and have found an annoying creak at the left palmrest area (where the empty pcmia cards are). I've done searches on this forum and some users recommend sticking business cards somewhere. Can any of you please tell me how to do this? Thanks.

And can I do this w/o taking apart the palm rest?

It's simply a plastic on plastic sound. I cured mine by actually slightly loosening the palmrest screws on the bottom of my T40 (by about a quarter turn). Others have had success tightening them or slipping a tiny piece of card or foam in the right place.
