- 56K modem CDC daughtcard FRU P/N: 26P8477. I think I pulled this from a T40 when I replaced with bluetooth/modem combo. - $7 shipped.

- Intel 802.11B/G mini-pci IBM FRU: 93P3483. Compatible with T4x series, probably others. $40 shipped.

- 2 antennas for mini-pci wifi from HP Omnibook 6100 (802.11b probably work with G too). Uses short cables for putting in case, not display (< 6" cables). $10 shipped.

- 5 cats tongue (original kind) trackpoint caps (look new). $6 shipped.

- 256MB PC100 sodimm 16-chip will work in 390x, T20, etc. $50 shipped.

- 512mb DDR-266 PC2100 sodimm (Kingmax). Was used in a Thinkpad T40. Asking $40 shipped

- 64mb PC100 sodimms x 3 - Asking $10 shipped for all three.. or make offer.

- PIII 650Mhz Micro PGA2 cpu from Thinkpad T20 - $10 shipped or make offer.

- Heatsink fan from same Thinkpad T20 - $7 shipped or make offer.

- IBM 24x CDROM - originally for ultrabay 2000 but missing the caddy portion so bare drive now. $6 shipped .. or throwing this away.

- 12.5mm DVD-RW drive. Bare drive also missing top cover (used to be in one of those cases that lets you see the CD spinning). Not sure brand but I remember it was pretty slow. Could probably replace a CD or DVD with this by using rails, trimming bezel for use in A2x or T2x etc. The top would be bare unless the top to your cd drive fits. $25 shipped.

- Gigafast 32-bit 802.11b pc-card (cardbus). Have original box. $13 shipped.

SOLD - 512mb PC133 sodimm says Bravo and AXIOM on it. 16-chip module with 8 chips on each side.

SOLD - PII 400 Mhz MMC-2 module from Thinkpad 390x - $10 shipped or make offer.

SOLD - IBM mini-pci combo modem and wifi 802.11b module. I forget from what laptop this came from. Maybe T30/T23/A30 ??? Sound right?

SOLD - IBM 20GB HD - somewhat loud whining noise but works ok.

SOLD - Microsoft 802.11b wifi pc-card (16-bit) MN-520. Card only... may be able to find driver cd. But more recent ones can be downloaded.

SOLD - Thinkpad A20m 14" PIII 700mhz. Missing optical drive. 12GB hd. 192mb ram. The display started up once with a red vertical line... but it went away and haven't seen it since. Battery almost dead. No AC-adapter. Good overall condition. Windows 2000 COA on bottom.
