Hey guys kneed some help with 600E.

Hey guys, I have a 600E 2645-4BU 4gig 288ram XP-pro.
Sometimes the little devil turns on and sometimes it dosen't.
I had a cleron500Mhz in it, JHEM said it usally had boot problems, Put a P3 in it, still same problem, finally put my old P2 back in same problem.
I had the latest BIOS update inet36ww. Don't know whtat to do other then a new mother board.
can some one please help, there's no such thing as a Dum answer too me.

I had a 760E at one point that didn't turn on but when it wanted to, usually about every other time I tried the switch. Maybe you could try holding the power switch in for a second or two when powering up the computer.

Have you installed a fresh CMOS battery?

First thing to do with these older systems.
