T23 Screen Replacement Advice Please

Hello All,

We are struggling to find out what the problem is with a T23 that has been brought into us with a flickering screen problem.

The backlight is obviously faulty and flickers, but this is only when the screen is moved backwards and forwards.

Can anybody either diagnose or assist us in finding the problem.

Sounds like the ribbon cable from the system board to the LCD has a break in one of the wires that is causing an intermittant connection. Well, at least that is what I think.
