Looking to pick up another X40...the wifey just inherited the one I have for her new company (I tried as long as possible to hide it from here..no luck ) Can't afford the minimum 4 week wait to get an X41 unfortunately. Would LOVE for it to have BT allready installed.

How much are you willing to pay for my X40? It has no dead pixels and no wear whatsoever. I am willing to include original recovery CD's (English OS). I'm looking to upgrade to an X41..

Just an FYI fartonmyear...I am not sure how many message boards you frequent but that is thread crapping and on many boards you would get flamed heavily for it I don't much care but it surprises me to see on this board. Then again, perhaps I am just overly polite.

well seeing how the cheapest x40 is $1300, i think $1000 is a good beginning offer on a used one, unless thinkpads are like ferraris where the value goes up over time.

Except you are posting an offer in MY thread beginning with WTB...this thread was not created to by someone selling one and inviting offers If you read the post above yours, pphilipko asked ME how much I would pay. You certainly have every right to post wherever you like, however, I very much enjoy the coutesy that members afford each other on this forum....at least when you are going to do something like this...do it in a pm so the OP can't see what a rude person you are By the way, the next time I am looking to buy something, I will make sure and look you up so that you can advise me on what you think is a fair offer.
