Where to download R31 Recovery Cd??

hi all,

i was doing the recovery and rescue for my R31.. but i halted it halfway and it could not reinstall again cos all the files inside IBMTools and IBMWorks are gone..

i'm trying to download the Recovery CD from Lenovo, but its freaking slow..

DOes anyone know where else can i get the the Recovery CDs??
