T22 White display...???

Okay,I just picked up a T22 for $375 Canadian,as it has a Lcd that goes white during bootup,and stays white.....

Any suggestions on what this is,before I rip it open and reseat connections....

I have searched and it may look like a bad or not seated properly video cable from the board to the LCD...???

Any suggestions from someone who has had the same problem...???

white means, that the TFT transistors are not connected (no power), which indicated a loose or broken connection of the cable , the lcd connector or wire on the glass substrate.
