What services to disable on XP?

Can anyone tell me what services I can disable or make manual on my XP system. I have one laptop and one desktop. On the laptop I will not be faxing and not using the wireless connections, . I won't be connected to a dsl network until i get back to college in August. I note this because certaing things I may not want to disable. At the same time I am probably better of disabling services rather than making them manual so I won't have to go through the entire list of manuals since disabled will be shorter.
