R51 Rescue and Recovery Passoword

Hi,
I was trying to reset my R51 laptop back to the factory settings but somehow when I clicked the access IBM button, it asks for the password. It seems I forgot the password. Can you pliz tell me how can I retrieve the password?

Call IBM. It will cost a fee, but they can reset it for you.

I hope it's not a stolen laptop you have there...
