On a t-23 or any T series for that matter, is there anyway to FORCE the machine to run at top speed when it's plugged in?
My machine fluctuates when it's plugged in, I have played with the power management settings and some bios settings, I'm just wondering if there's some nack to get it to operate constantly at the top speed...
or maybe there's an issue with Windows XP... that's where I'm getting my information from... right clicking on my computer, going to properties and then it shows you the rated speed of the processor then below the actual speed its running at.
THANKS!
