T42p 2373-KTU question

Hi, I have a question about the T42p 2373-KTU. The screen resolution is listed as 1050x1400 everywhere except the purchasing part of IBM's website:

It lists the resolution as 1024x768 there, but that's incorrect, right? And not sure if anyone knows the answer to this, but why is the T42 2373-GUU ($3,899.00) model more expensive than the T42p 2373-KTU ($3,779.00), when they both have the exact same configuration except the latter actually has the 755 chip instead of the 745?

I'll be very upset if the 2373-KTU is 1024x768. The tabook.pdf claims
it to be a SXGA+ display and that's what I'm expecting. As to the
price I don't really know why the GUU is more expensive.

BTW "very upset" is an understatement, I'd be in tears .
