x31 Sound issues after bios update

Hi

Installed the new bios and embedded controller utility (using automated install software) and now sound still comes out of my speakers when I plug my headphones in (pluggin in headphones used to mute the speakers).
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Completed some tests:
1: Older bios and embedded controller = Speakers turn off when headphones inserted.
2:Installed newest embedded controller with older bios = Sound still out of speaker when headphones installed

3: There would be a 3 but I reverted to old bios and controller. If it works, don't fix it!)

I just updated and have no problems with the headphone issue. works like a champ for me. Has anyone else had these same problems?
