New R&R - initialization error

I get a cssauth.exe initialization error after installing the new R&R (v.3).
Not clear on what this is - anyone know?

This is the client security software wizard. If you do not need it uninstall ccs, see http://www-306.ibm.com/pc/support/site. ... VAN-RNRINS
