T43 hangs with dock II

I have this T43 2668-72U. When it is docked on IBM dock II, it hangs after arbitrary time, first, the USB mouse connected to the dock stops working, then Windows XP hangs. This was so bad that once after it hung, I power it on, it was asking me BIOS password, which I never set. My company's service guy helped me to reset the BIOS password, but it still hangs with the docking station.

I have tried this laptop on two dock II, both had the same problem.
Anyone having the same issue, or any idea how to fix it?
