battery doesn't want to charge?

Hi i have a t42...and have been playing with CHC (not sure if its related or not), but didn't have this problem until i have used it

anyhoo...my battery is slowly draining and now to about 6% now. I plug back the AC in and it doesn't charge. I have done this a couple of times now; even pulled the battery out and put it back in.

now I am left with 6% on my battery....what am I to do?


p.s battery has 29% wear on it and a cycle count of 118
