t20 battary???

hi all

i got a problem about my battary in t20. after checking the status of the battary, i found that the battary stayed in a unhealthy state. even i followed the instuction to recover the battary, it did not work.

but acutally, the battary still worked fine i guess ( it can serve 1.5 hrs at least)

dose anybody have idea what happened and how to fix that up?
