Fresh network install (with floppy) for X31

Forgive me if this has been asked before, but after searching for a good 20 minutes or so, I can't seem to find what I'm looking for. I'd like to do a fresh install of XP on my X31. I have a USB floppy drive which should allow me to do a network installation, but the problem is I have no idea how to do so! I know there's a guide for a fresh install on a T-series, which is useful, but instead of installing from the CD drive, how do I go about installing from my CD drive on my desktop over the network? (I.e. start up my X31 & load a floppy disk that loads my XP cd on my desktop over the network) Thanks.
