On Screen Menu ... is it keyboard problem

I can't see on screen menu ....

when I press Fn+F5 or Fn+F7 or Fn+F9 ... it doesn't open the on screen menu. IBM support asked me to install hot key driver ... it's already installed I re-installed it. still no on screen menu.

representative recommaned to replace keyboard .... but when I press Fn+F7 it chnage more though.

I checked settings in Access connection and presentation director ... Fn+F5 and Fn+F7 settings are set to open on screen menu.

any body else have this problem ??? I'm using T43P 2668 Q2U.
