T43P and New BIOS 1.23

I just downloaded the new BIOS using a Thinkvantage installer. and when the computer restarts, it ask
2. Update System
3. Update Model

I got confused how come there are two options. Which one should I choose?

Hmmm, I didn't see any instructions. I was using Thinkvantage installer to download and after you finished downloading, it was right away installing BIOS by restarting your computer. I didn't really notice any instructions. How about you, how do you download and update your BIOS?
Everything is done automatically by Thinkvantage Software Installer on my side, so the two options update system and update model confuses me.

On IBM's website, it says chose update system.
