T20 RESTORE CD

please anyone out thur..can you please tell me where i can get my hands on a t20 restore cd as i inherited one recently.it doesnt work propably and i need to restore it to factory setting.

No answer but 2 questions :
- Why are you making 2 topics for that problem ?
- Since there is a lot of threads discussing about recovery cds, have you tried the solutions mentionned in those thread ?
