t40 series SXGA+ LCD part numbers?

I am looking to get a sxga+ LCD for my T42
I see that there were 2 sxga+ screens for the T4*s

ID Tech 11P8346
SamSung 11P8348

would anyone know what the manufacturer's part numbers would be, and any other compatable screens?

ID Tech has discontinued making a 14.1" SXGA+ panel:

otherwise, you can use a Hydis panel since many of the newer T42's have been shipping with them. the part # is HT14P12:

you can search those IBM part numbers in Google and you will see several sites selling replacement LCD's, though I would make sure you are getting a new panel rather than a used panel.
