How 'bout another emoticon? (Tiny image)

And, how 'bout :ibm: for it? That way, we don't have to use this really long bit of code:

Code: Select all

[color=red]I[/color][color=green]B[/color][color=blue]M[/color]
to get this: IBM, or this bit of code:

Code: Select all

[img]http://tinypic.com/e71mk0.gif[/img]
to get an IBM logo.

:ibm: (if added) would give an IBM logo in five characters (VERY handy in a sig).

Not really... it's a rather simple search over at http://images.google.com :P

And then, it's fairly easy to make an image transparent (the Lenovo logo I grabbed wasn't transparent).

Depends on your graphics app.

It's actually a pain in GIMP 1.x.

It's FAIRLY easy in GIMP 2.x.

Some apps let you just click on an area, and that color's made transparent. For that matter, MS FrontPage will work in a pinch for THAT.
