Should be possible - with any T43.

If you want to replace the indicator light panel, (this is a little more involved)

I did add an OEM blutooth to my T40 few mths before. I said it's is medium level. It took me 1-2 hours (since I have to be careful with it!).
However, I did not orger the clear plate since it's too expensive although it would be nicer if I have one.

Overall it's a good exercise. take care of LCD panel as you rip if off since there are some "double-side" tapesaround the edges.
