Really annoying problem ejectng t42 from Port Replicator II

I can't seem to cleanly eject my t42 from the port replicator II. When I press the eject button the laptop doesn't cleanly eject, I have to wiggle it our of the replicator. Anyone else had this problem? I have no problems docking the t42, it's the undocking that's a problem.

BTW, It doesn't look like anything is broken on the Port Replicator.
