twisted plastic part on display

right beside the display opener on the upper part of the X41 display there is some plastic part (don't know if it is just there to 'stop' the opener or if there is some antenna under it). most of this part seems to be fixated to the upper edge of the display while the leftmost 1cm (= about 0.5 inch) aren't. have a look at https://web.sysfrog.org/x41.jpg if you don't know which part i mean.

my problem is that on my X41 there is a small gap between the display edge and the leftmost part of this plastic thing which which easily gets caught on e.g. pullovers and similiar things. my fear is that one day this leftmost part of the plastic may break :/

i've checked this on two other X41 (on bought in the same shop as mine and another one bought in another shop) and they both have the same problem. a X40 which i checked too doesn't seem to have this problem - there's no edge between the leftmost part of the plastic and the display.

do other X41 owners have the same problem? is it possible to replace this plastic part if it breaks?
