T41 - Error during recovery on new HD

Swapped out my 40gb Hitachi for an 80gb Toshiba.

Using IBM's product recovery cd's (directly from IBM), all 5 cd's loaded just fine, restarted and it went right into the Product Recovery

Entire Progress: 20%
Copying Data: 28%

Error: #1181
Could not read from Image file.

Any ideas?

Trying a recovery right off the cd's now

EDIT: Hmm, well maybe a non-issue, up to 45% now... I'll update accordingly.

Ok works fine, nevermind...

Please delete this thread! :)

Guess it didnt image to the HD properly, but recovering directly off the cd's went just fine...
