I didn't know IBM was preventing using it's own cards? Has anyone else experienced this? I just got my new X41 Tablet and bought an IBM 91P7301 a/b/g card to use with a wireless analyzing software (AirMagnet) and i got the 1802 error. I called IBM and they said they didn't know why the card didn't work and suggested i buy another IBM card, but this card works fine in my other laptop (it's a Dell)
I tried the no-1802 hack and no change. Finally i upgraded to the latest firmware (as of Sept 22nd) and still nothing.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!
