Is there anything like the best XGA-Display in Tx-Series ?

Are there differences between the XGA Displays in the T-Series. i need something nice to my eyes, but i wonder if SXGA/Flexview is not physically to small - i want a XGA but with nice contrast-ratio, viewing angle, etc...
