REALLY annoying buzz when screen is dimmed on T22

Anyone else have this problem or have suggestions on a resolution?

My T22 makes a very annoying high pitched buzzing sound (constant) when the screen is dimmed below full illumination.

Not that I use it much on battery power, but it's still causing a great deal of distress.
