Resume from standby after overnight is much slower!

Resume from Suspend time!
I find that after over night, it takes a lot longer to resume from suspend, than during the day. If I haven't used my computer for few hours, it takes only about 10sec to resume to Windows after standby. but After overnight, in the morning when I resume from standby, it took about 30sec or more.
Is this normal?

Not normal, but some have experienced this before.

Are you sure it's not hibernating sometime between when you put it to sleep and wake it up? If you have sleep set to 10 minutes, for instance, and hibernate to 45 minutes, it will wake up after 45 minutes and hibernate on its own.

Sorry for asking but if it were already converting into hibernation mode, technically, it wouldn't turn on unless I hit the power button no? Since I can still trigger the resume by hitting Fn button or opening the monitor lid?
Also, I should be able to see on the monitor hibernation resuming usually?
GomJabbar, Thanks for the link, it's definitely very interesting that I'm not alone. ;-)
Just a thought,

Thanks,
