Dark screen t20

Hi there,

I have had a search of this forum and have worked out that the dark screen of my t20 is down to either the inverter or backlight.

the symptons are as follows...........

upon booting up the screen just does not light up, you can see the screen is working by looking up close. prior to this it was working fine, no colour issues, did not get darker, just was either bright or dark, then just dark.

so which one is it more likely to be, inverter or bulb?

any thoughts much appreciated.
