Help! V slow log-in for my T43

Hi all,

I had used the IBM ThinkPad Software Installer to update some driver yesterday and I jus leave it on for the whole night to download all the stuffs needed. But when I wake up in the morning, i found my laptop hang(first time though). And i jus restart it and to my surprise, when i try to log on school domain after i type in my password, the log-in timing took about 5-10 mins.. I tried to system restored my lappy back to a few day's state but this problem still persist. And one of the msg that the system restore gave me is that it cannot be restored back to the dates i chose(i trial n error for a few dates). Tried to uninstall some of the updates that i had updated last nite and the prob still dun go away. Anybody encounter the same problem n know how to solve this? Dun wish to reformat my whole lappy though..

Check to see if your wireless radio is on. When mine was off the boot up took a long time.
