Recommending an X22, and have a RAM question...

I'm recommending an X22 2662-95U to a friend, and need to know something on RAM.

As I understand it, any PC133 SODIMM will work, as long as it's CL3 (or lower) and 512MB (or lower). So, this should do, right?

does it also have to be low density?

Reading the 830MP datasheet, it must have four chips per side (the module may be configured differently - for example, it may have eight chips on one side, but they're connected to different "sides" of the module).

That's high density, IIRC.
