2611 I Series TrackPoint Driver 4 XP?

I recently upgraded my ole I Series 2611-410 to XP home edition sp2 and all is well save XP doesn't have drivers for the TrackPoint which I love and neither does IBM so I'm now landlocked to a PS2 external mouse (bothersome).

Has anyone found a workaround for this other than trading in my Dinasour???
