Are you guys using the software installer utilityto update these driver and BIOS?

Also have you found that Lenovo is maintaining the quality of driver updates/ I have been hesitant to upgrade any drivers since Lenovo.

I don't see any reason not to trust Lenovo. They seem to more skillful and organized than IBM at any rate...

But why should i update my X31's bios?
If I have no problems at this moment ;)

I don't see the use of it.

Well the reason why i update my bios is because it supposedly adds more stability to the machine. Also if you read the updates for the new bios they post, it tells you what they fixed that you might not know of. :)
If im wrong guys tell me lol

True, you may not immediately need the BIOS Update; then again, I have had some *very* nasty problems with out-of-data BIOS Systems. On my former HP laptop, it would hang on start and do some pretty nasty things. You can go for quite awhile without updating drivers and BIOS, but later on it will start to catch up with you as IBM/Lenovo rolls out more programs and utilities that may indeed depend on a feature in a BIOS version that you don't have. :)

I met someone who looks a lot like you.
She does the things you do.
But she is an IBM.
