My X23 display gets dimmer when I switch to battery power. I realize this is to conserve power, but it makes it impossible to work from the patio. I don't find a setting to change in the power options. Anybody out there with a fix?

X23 display dims on battery power
Try the BIOS.
If the X23 is like the X21, enter the BIOS settings (F1 on bootup), and look for an LCD brightness setting. Change it to "High" brightness, instead of "Normal".
