Need Help on T43P CTO

Guys, I need some one help to get T43P as CTO. I spoke with IBM/Leveno customer service, they are saying there is no CTO option for model T43P(2687-D5U). I need some one help to order the same. I am planning to order T43P barebone which includes only Barebone notebook, CPU, WI-Fi card, DVD burner from IBM and planning to get HDD, memory and batteries from some other shop.

Immediate help appreciate. My budget is <$1800
