T42P with MemTest86 - low numbers?

I ran memtest on my T42P (2373 - P3U [1.8Ghz]) and got the following numbers

Memory 2047M 737MB/s
RAM:  99Mhz (DDR 198)  CAS 2.5 3-3-10

Does that sound right?
My memory transfer is only 737Mb/s? and DDR at only 198?

Has anyone else run http://www.memtest86.com/ on their T42P?

Memory: 767M 737MB/s
Chipset: Intel i855PM / FSB: 99 MHz / Mobile Platform
Settings: RAM: 165 MHz (DDR330) / CAS: 2.5-3-3-8
