#1 Post by sickofit » Thu Oct 20, 2005 4:42 pm

Hello..

Before I go messing around with partitions,is there a way to make a set of recovery CD's for the T40..???...I know its possible for the T42's,but not sure for the T40...I couldn't find it anywhere...???

TIA..

You can not make your own recovery CDs with the T40. Call customer support to get a copy; you may have to pay for it now though.

If you still have the i386 and ibmtools directories, you can make your own winxp disc and restore to close to your original state:

Check this out: PM your address and I will get a copy out to you in about a month.
