t43p weird fan noise

Hi,

I have a t43p and It's working quite well but I noticed a weird fan noise.
In fact the fan is always but once in every 4-5 seconds It seems to me that it accelerates momentarily and than returns to its previous state. It's a very brief and sudden change but when you begin to hear it, it's very annoying.

Do anyone has that kind of problem and how to solve it??

Mine does the same every once in a while, but it does not bother me. It is the only time I hear the fan.

Try to download from windows update Lenovo PM driver. it seems to change the way the fan works for the better? Before I found that the fan sounded loud when it was operating on battery compared to on AC adapter. Now, I don't really notice the fan noise on battery as much any more.
Anybody can confirm this? or it's just me getting used to the fan noise? We need more people to try installing the Lenovo PM to make sure that what I experienced was really true.

what driver you have installed ?

I uqz ibm's drivers. I regularly update the system with their update tool, and that's all. no tweaking, changing or using different stuff
