I just got a new battery from Lenovo for my T20.
The design capacity is 43.2Wh and the full charge
capacity was 44.5Wh at the time I got it. The full
charge capacity has since fallen to 43.43Wh. The
cycle count is 2. Is it normal for the full charge
capacity to start out slightly higher than the design
capacity and then immediately start falling? In the
past, when I've gotten batteries, they usually have
full charge capacity equal to design capacity and
it stays that way for many cycles before the full
charge capacity starts to fall off.

T20 battery full charge capacity > design capacity
My new T42p came with a battery in which the full charge capacity exceeded the design capacity, and that has not changed at all so far, currently at cycle count = 3.
