What kind of model is the: type 2141- series?

I've done a google-search. but did not found much about it.

What kind of model could it be?
Thinkpad X61s with Middleton bios 2.22.

Ok, I didn't find much eather, except that it appears to be:

IBM PS/2 Note 25MHz 3x86 SX Notebook Type 2141 80MB HDD

Another post that I saw from googling, said that it was the same as the Thinkpad 350, without the PCMCIA slots?!?!? Also saw that it ISN"T a PS/2 Note, but rather a PS/1 Note...apparently a common misunderstanding (per the posting)

Also, almost every posting that I saw was in German...maybe this was a German model?

Anyone else know anything about it?

I thought i was something a bit never.

The thinkpad 350c has following number: 2618-00E
Thinkpad X61s with Middleton bios 2.22.
